By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. All orders are accepted at the discretion of Caurelle Collective LLP, and we may refuse or cancel an order if needed. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We aim to present every product as accurately as possible, though slight differences in color or texture can occur due to photography or screen settings. Pre-order timelines and processing periods are clearly mentioned for each item.
All payments must be completed during checkout, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are shipped from Kerala, India. Ready-made items are usually processed within five to ten business days, while pre-orders may take up to thirty days. We use different shipping partners depending on your location, and customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. We only consider returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Such issues must be reported within two weeks of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video for verification. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
All website content, including text, images, design elements, and logos, is owned by Caurelle Collective LLP. Copying or using our content without written permission is not allowed. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from website use, natural variations in products, or delays outside our control. For verified defective items, our responsibility is limited to either a replacement or a refund.
