Delivery Areas:  We currently ship within India only. For international orders, email us at support@houseofcaurelle.com or DM us on Instagram.

Shipping Charges: Currently shipping cost is Rs.80 inside Kerala, and Rs.120 outside Kerala.

Processing Time: For ready-made items, processing takes 5–10 business days, while pre-orders may take up to 30 business days. Processing begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment until it reaches you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact our support team at support@houseofcaurelle.com. Our team will assist you with tracking and next steps.
