At Caurelle Collective LLP, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns only for items damaged during shipping or found to be defective. You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery, and a clear unboxing video is required to verify the damage or defect.

Verification Process: Once your claim is received, our team will review the unboxing video and item condition. If verified, we will offer either a replacement of the same item or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging. We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery or during return shipping.
