For any support or questions, you can reach us at support@houseofcaurelle.com. All orders are shipped from Kerala, India. Ready-made items usually take between five to ten business days to process, while pre-orders can take up to thirty days. We ship across India using different partners based on location and availability. Delivery timelines may vary. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We only consider cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, the customer must report it within two days of delivery and share a clear unboxing video as proof. After verification, we will decide whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or during return shipping arranged by the customer.
Pre-order timelines are always communicated clearly, so please confirm before placing your order. Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. We inspect every product carefully, but small variations in fabric, color, or texture should be expected and are not considered defects.
